PLEASE REFRAIN from being way too comfortable. I really won't appreciate any kinds of venting, I don't know how to properly respond to those things. Plus I would like to try to keep it as professional as possible (not formal-professional, casual but knowing respecting boundaries). Keep it friendly and nothing that suggests sexual/personal, but maybe I can tolerate jokes (thin ice though).

Please have a reference/flat colour art ready for normal Digital Arts comms. I won't be drawing your character just by a mere description. My limit is on whatever you have on you, I will not be drawing a fullbody if you only have a headshot of the character.

Any fixes/revision can only be done while I’m still in the sketch/lineart process. If those processes have already passed per your acceptance/approval, revisions will not be done.

This is for people who have no mutual servers with me in Discord: Payment must be at least 50% up front (after the approved sketch), I will not be continuing the sketch until you do the payment.

As for now, I mostly only accept USD (via PayPal). But I might consider a good amount of Robux, nitro, random things, etc. as a payment. EXCEPT INGAME ITEMS. I’m always open for negotiations. (As long as it makes sense and not too low.)

Every payment is highly preferred to have proof of sending the money as I can't check 24/7 on my phone.

PLEASE MAKE SURE that you have the money ready. I won't be taking you on the comms if your money isn't ready yet to reduce the risks. However, I could put you on waiting list until you have the money, just let me know.

Art will still be under my name as I'm the one creating it, BUT you're allowed to use it for non commercial or commercial purposes with proper credit. (Mentioning "NyepTuna" as the artist will count as a credit)

I will be asking if you're comfortable with your commissioned artwork to be used as an example on my comms sheet. I will be and always respecting your choices on it.

I will be putting a barely visible watermark in every of my art.

Sexual NSFW as in engaging the action, fully/half nude (except male, furries WITH FUR covering it, females WITH HAIR covering top area): I'm just purely not comfortable drawing it, plus my anatomy might not be good, and I don't want you to send the reference... ofc.

HEAVY gore, but might consider it (just ask! however light gore is all good. EXCEPT DISMEMBERMENT, I WILL NEVER DRAW IT); Again, anatomy might not be accurate + drawing exposed fat (the yellow beans things) SOMETIMES makes me want to throw up. Also I have no personal bedroom, so everything I draw will be seen by my family members and I'm not risking it.

Hate speech (Racism, Homophobic, mention of Terrorism, Religion targetting, etc), Fetish art, Pedophilic/Incest/Proship of ANY KIND; Obvious reason ofc.

Some certain/specific medias that I'm just not comfortable making.
